Ticket Availability

Tickets will be available for HIFF's Spring Showcase to Members starting April 5th at 11:00am and the General Public starting April 7th at 11:00am. We have 3 entry lines for our screenings. The first to go in is the Priority Line, followed by the Member Line, then finally the General Public Line.

• Credit card statements will reflect a charge from Hawaii International Film Festival

Getting Tickets - On the Web:

• Online orders with confirmation are available at will call
• For faster service, choose the e-ticket - a link will be delivered to your e-mail account - and print out your ticket instantly
• $1.00 service fee per ticket is applied to all online transactions
• Member benefits will be applied on the payment page.

Getting Tickets - By Phone:

• Call (808) 697 - 2463 from 11:00am-6:00pm daily (April 5th - April 22nd).
• Phone orders are available at will call or choose the e-ticket and print out your tickets instantly. (Tickets are not mailed)
• $2.00 service fee per ticket is applied to phone transactions

Getting Tickets - In Person at HIFF Box Office: (Across for the Theaters)

• Location: Dole Office Building, 680 Iwilei Rd., Suite 100, Honolulu, HI 96817
• Open daily 11am-6pm, April 5th  - 22nd.

Will Call

• Located at the Box Office.

Rush Line

• When all tickets for a screening have been distributed, rush lines are formed 1 hour prior to show time
• 5 minutes before screening begins, tickets for empty seats become available to the rush line on a “first come, first served” basis for $10 per ticket (cash only)
• Rush tickets tend to be in the first two rows; refunds will not be given for undesirable seats

Regal Theatre Policy & Admittance

• Tickets must be scanned before entry to the theater and must display a validating stamp before entry to the theater is allowed. No patrons will be granted admittance to the theater without a stamped ticket from the line.
• Disabled or Elderly guests should notify the lobby door attendant of which film they have come to watch, and they will be escorted into the theater before the crowd arrives.
• Regal Dole Cannery Stadium 18 and HIFF are not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
• Sitting on the steps inside the theater is strictly prohibited.
• Vouchers must be redeemed in person at the box office for tickets; they are not accepted for film admittance and tickets are subject to availability.
• Fast Passes must be accompanied by tickets
• Star Passes do not require tickets for entry
• To enter a screening, stand in the appropriate line that is indicated on your ticket AT LEAST 30 MINUTES prior to a film’s show time

Refund & Exchange Policy - NO REFUNDS

• Ticket exchanges must be made at the HIFF Box Office
• $2.00 per ticket service fee is applied except for Fast Pass tickets and unless the film is cancelled or rescheduled
• No exchanges on day of screening or for expired tickets
