After submitting this application for delegate status at HIFF, you will get either a confirmation, an invoice, or be declined. Our general policy for delegates that have films in our festival is to waive fees for 2 peeople for a feature film or 1 person for a short film. Any additional delegates from these films would be required to buy an industry pass.
