What would you do if your only child turned bad? Swimming instructor and single mother Young-eun has a problem. Her six-year old daughter So-hyun is displaying disturbing and violent behavior after her beloved puppy has a tragic fall from their apartment. With nowhere to turn, her husband having abandoned them, she begins to consider drastic measures. Twenty years later, orphan Min finds herself embroiled in an increasingly disturbing situation, when a young woman Hae-young appears at her job and begins to infiltrate her simple but carefully controlled life. As unsettling events swirl around the two women, and disturbing back stories come to light, the consequences are lethal. This debut feature from director Lee Kang-il is a dramatic thriller that will keep audiences guessing until the end.
