HERO’S CLIMB – SPOTLIGHT ON ALASKA

Red attempts to climb to the top of a mountain she used to often visit with her sibling, Blue, and falls. Blue finds her, and brings her to the mountain peak, and they are reunited.

Student filmmaker, Elizabeth Hope, is a Tlingit and Inupiaq artist in 8th grade who primarily focuses on the literary and visual. She takes inspiration from the land, and culture around her, and uses that in her pieces. Mahalo to our partners Daniel K. Inouye Institute, Ted Stevens Foundation, and Perseverance Theatre for this spotlight on Alaska!
