Due to the far-reaching impact of the COVID-19 pandemic disrupting the independent filmmaking ecosystem, HIFF remains deeply committed to supporting our artists and we are working creatively to bring our global ohana together. Although we can’t all be together in person, [email protected] is here to bring festival films to you at home. Over the summer we shared our BEST OF HIFF SHORTS for free and new releases of current festival films for streaming with the VIRTUAL CINEMA project, with 50% of the proceeds to benefit HIFF directly. Next we have our [email protected] SUMMER FEST where we will share 11 of the best international films on the circuit. Tickets and passes are already on sale.

We will continue to offer streaming content through [email protected] for the foreseeable future. You can join our HIFF OHANA membership program and gain access to our monthly HIFF SELECTS programming beginning in September and continuing all year round.

Mahalo for 40 years of support and we look forward to seeing you at the movies soon! Happy viewing!
