SHIFTING GEARS

A short socio-political documentary focusing on members of the bicycle community in Honolulu. Get to know three women from 20 to 80 years old as they take us out on the streets on their bikes and tell us about the difficulties they face. Where has biking culture in Hawai’i succeeded/failed, and what is needed for a more bike-friendly sustainable future in Hawai’i?
