If you are a local filmmaker or festival guest and plan to travel to Hawaiʻi to attend the Festival, please apply for festival accreditation below and email [email protected]. Let us know your travel dates and any relevant plans that you and your film team have, so we can keep you in the loop regarding festival screenings and events.

Accreditation Types
Apply above for festival accreditation. Badges are non-transferable and do not grant access to screenings. You must have a ticket to sit in a theater.
You can pick up your physical Filmmaker, Guest or Press badge at the HIFF44 Box Office starting on October 3. The box office is open 1 hour prior to the first screening each day.

Special events, parties and receptions are by invitation only, but once you are an accredited filmmaker or guest, you will be added to these RSVP lists.
